In Bit Hotel, characters are referred to as ‘Guests’. The guests are NFTs themselves and are vital characters in this game. Each Guest has a limited number of replicas that are based on their rarity. As expected, the rarest ones have the most limited quantities. There are six rarities of Bit Hotel guests. Common — About 300–500 NFTs minted and will receive an extra 1–3% of in-game tokens earned per game.
Uncommon — About 100–200 NFTs minted and will receive an extra 3–6% of in-game tokens earned per game.
Rare — About 50–60 NFTs minted and will receive an extra 7–10% of in-game tokens earned per game.
Super Rare — About 20–40 NFTs minted and will receive an extra 11–15% of in-game tokens earned per game.
Epic — Only a few are minted and will receive an extra 16–20% of in-game tokens earned per game.
Legendary — The perks of these NFTs will only be known by the people who own them. Right now, the only Legendary character in the game is Grumpy Nyan Cat. Only two of them have been minted and are already acquired by someone.

Despite the different tiers of rarity between the characters, it won’t give the players any competitive advantage over the game. The perks that each rarity will earn are only an incentive to those players who have invested more in the game. Ultimately, the game promotes a level playing ground for everyone regardless of what NFT they own.

THE ROOMS

The rooms on each floor have different sizes which also dictate their price and their rarity. The bigger the room, the more grand and expensive it is. There are a lot of rooms players and investors can choose from and each floor has a variety of rooms available. The rarity of the rooms is very similar to the rarity type of the Guests, ranging from Common to Epic. Players will be able to use their rooms to host events and competitions.

Common — The rooms that belong to this type are the Two-person Rooms, the Family Rooms, and the Starter Room.
Uncommon — The rooms that belong in this type are Starter Studio, Comfortable Studio, and the Extravagant Studio.
Rare — The rooms that belong in this type are the Large Opulent Condo and the Medium Upscale Condo.
Super Rare — The rooms that belong in this type are the Monumental Majestic Penthouse, the Grandiose Stately Penthouse, and the Luxurious Posh Penthouse.
Epic — The room that belongs in this type is the Imposing Deluxe Suite.
